As one of three owners of Mountain View Mechanical LLC, I am pleased to include this introduction letter to provide you with some background on our company as you consider our quote for this and future projects.

We have been working in the HVAC industry for over 20 years doing commercial and residential new construction, service and change out work. We began operations under the name “Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning” in 2001. Mountain View Mechanical LLC was formed in 2018 in an effort to grow our commercial construction interests. During our time in the industry, we have successfully completed numerous commercial and residential projects ranging from largescale multi-family units and office complexes to smaller residential new construction homes. Over the years our specialty has become more focused on commercial multi-family units, hotels, and commercial office and warehouse projects.

Mountain View Mechanical LLC has three owners: Richard Harris, Jason Harris and Guy Pannunzio. With their varied backgrounds, each owner brings a unique diversity to the business. Richard Harris has worked in the commercial construction industry as a mechanical contractor for over 20 years, doing everything from large industrial buildings, commercial multi-family units and hotels, to residential homes. Jason Harris also has over 20 years running multiple heating and air conditioning businesses specializing in service for both residential and commercial customers. After serving in the United States Air Force, Guy Pannunzio became a licensed mechanical engineer and worked for a global engineering company in the mining industry before helping to form Mountain View Mechanical LLC. He has designed and managed multi-million-dollar projects all over the world.
