3. Quotes & Payments

In no event shall Mountain View Mechanical LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, access to work sites, and necessary approvals before work begins.
Any delays caused by the client, including lack of site readiness, may result in additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Mountain View Mechanical LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Utah.
If litigation is required, it shall be conducted in the appropriate courts in Utah.
